The CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) prepares students to provide compassionate, person-centred care in community, home, or residential settings. Learners develop essential skills to support individuals who require assistance due to ageing, disability, or other circumstances — working under supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Graduates gain both technical and interpersonal skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while adhering to ethical, legal, and workplace safety standards.

The program is delivered face-to-face, supported by structured self-study and mandatory work placement.

To achieve the CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability), students must complete 15 units — 9 core and 6 electives.
