The CHC43121 – Certificate IV in Disability Support prepares students to empower individuals with disabilities by promoting independence, wellbeing, and community participation.
Graduates will develop the skills to provide person-centred care, implement individualised plans, and contribute meaningfully to people’s lives with minimal supervision.
Students will also learn to coordinate small teams and manage complex client needs with professionalism and compassion.

Graduates may continue to the CHC52025 – Diploma of Community Services or similar higher-level qualifications in the community care sector.
This course is designed for individuals who want to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
RPL or Credit Transfer is available for students with previous qualifications or workplace experience.
This program combines classroom learning, structured self-study, and hands-on workplace experience to build strong practical and interpersonal skills.
Duration: 26 weeks
Placement: Optional practical experience in community or care facilities
