Graduates will be able to manage construction work up to 3 storeys (Residential: Class 1 & 10) and Commercial: Class 2–9, Type B & C buildings.

Course Delivery & Duration

Duration: 52 weeks (including breaks)
Mode: Face-to-face classroom and practical site-based delivery
Location: Level 6, 440 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

Students will undertake:

  • 20 hours of supervised classroom learning per week
  • 4 hours of self-directed learning weekly
  • Practical training at active construction sites (within 60 km of campus) through partnership with Indus Homes Pty Ltd
