This qualification reflects the role of building professionals who apply knowledge and skills in structural principles, risk and financial management, estimating, preparing and administering building and construction contracts, selecting contractors, overseeing work and quality, and managing residential and commercial projects.
Graduates will be able to manage construction work up to 3 storeys (Residential: Class 1 & 10) and Commercial: Class 2–9, Type B & C buildings.
